1. Beta/Soft Launch Program

StacknTrack is currently in a soft launch phase for internal testing and workshop participants. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• The app is in active development and may contain bugs or incomplete features
• Features, functionality, and data structures may change without notice
• Your account and data may be reset or migrated as we refine the platform
• Service availability is not guaranteed and downtime may occur

2. Account and Data

Your Responsibilities:

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use StacknTrack

Our Commitments:

• We will make reasonable efforts to protect your data
• We will not sell your personal information to third parties
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the app

Data Retention:

• During soft launch, we reserve the right to modify or delete data as needed for development purposes
• We will provide reasonable notice before any planned data resets
• You should not rely on StacknTrack as your only record of important information

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use StacknTrack only for personal accountability and productivity tracking
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Not upload malicious content, spam, or inappropriate material
• Not share your account with others

4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Proprietary Rights:

StacknTrack and all its features, concepts, designs, algorithms, workflows, and methodologies are our exclusive proprietary property. All rights remain with StacknTrack at all times.

Confidentiality Obligations:

As a soft launch participant with early access to proprietary information, you agree to:

• Keep everything confidential - All app features, functionality, business strategies, technical details, and development plans are strictly confidential
• No copying - You will not recreate, clone, reverse engineer, or replicate any aspect of StacknTrack's concept, features, or design
• No competitive use - You will not use knowledge gained from StacknTrack to build, contribute to, or advise competing products
• No commercial exploitation - You will not sell, license, share with competitors, or commercialize any ideas or concepts from StacknTrack

Non-Compete:

You agree not to create, develop, contribute to, consult for, or advise any competing habit tracking, productivity, or accountability application during your use of StacknTrack and for 2 years after.

5. Privacy

We collect and process:

• Account information (email, name, profile data)
• Usage data (tasks completed, streaks, activity)
• Device and technical information (for debugging and analytics)

We will not:

• Sell your personal data
• Share your private information without consent (except as required by law)
• Use your data for purposes unrelated to improving StacknTrack

6. Disclaimers

As-Is Service:

StacknTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from using the app
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Not Professional Advice:

StacknTrack is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or counseling services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use
• Our total liability for any claims is limited to $100 USD
• We are not responsible for data loss during the soft launch period

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of StacknTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Remove content that violates our policies

You may delete your account at any time, but confidentiality obligations survive termination.
